Getting hired at Morton Buildings begins with a two-step interview process. The first step is a prescreening followed by a sit-down interview. This involves interviewing with foremen and office managers. If you are selected for employment, a pre-employment physical is then required. After passing your physical, you will then go through an Orientation Day to acclimate and prepare yourself, in order to make you and your crew successful.
